节能燃气蒸汽锅炉结构特点

节能燃气蒸汽锅炉采用波形炉胆，既强化了烟气的扰动，又增大了辐射传热面积；既增加了炉胆的强度，又有效的减弱了炉胆的膨胀应力；既增强传热效果，又促进了燃料在炉膛内的燃烧。

节能燃气蒸汽锅炉烟道尾部增设冷凝器，利用冷凝器吸收烟气中的潜热和显热，提高了锅炉的进水温度，降低了排烟温度，使锅炉的热效率提高到98%以上。（备注：锅炉使用过程中冷凝器进出水阀门必须常开）
